Cumming, GA  (February 10, 2016) — Sawnee Woman’s Club (SWC) 32nd annual fundraiser  Nite in Olde Cumming will be held Saturday, April 22, 2017 at 7 p.m.  SWC’s mission is to advocate for and provide funds to children, families and charitable organizations in Forsyth County and abroad.  All service projects are 100% funded by this event and private donations.

The event is one of Forsyth’s longest-running community fundraisers and will be an evening of dinner, dancing and a Silent Auction.  Nite in Olde Cumming will take place at 6140 Events, 6140 Georgia Highway 400, Cumming, GA  30028 in north Forsyth County.  Tickets are on sale now for $90 each and may be ordered online at or in-person from any Club member.  The event will include dinner served by Chef Kern Chiasson, live music and dancing from The Stephen Lee Band, casino tables, and upscale shopping for travel, events and accessories at the silent auction.

Members of the planning committee met last week to finalize details for the event. “This is a special night for our Club. It’s the only fundraiser we do and it must provide funds for a whole year of service projects that benefit children, women, and families in the Forsyth community,” says Sharon Lee, Co-President of the SWC.
